Why should I choose iShine Express?

You can trust your car to a combination of computer-controlled sprays, gentle materials and biodegradable shampoos to gently clean your car. We have outfitted our tunnels with the most advanced equipment from the best manufactures. The short 3 minute ride on the conveyor will make your car sparkle and put a smile on your face.

After the wash is complete, you can also choose to use our FREE vacuum stations with absolutely no time limits. We have also provided additional cleaning products for those final touch-ups in our vending machine.

For additional protection and cleaning, our Express Detail services will apply exterior wax, shampoo carpets, shampoo or conditions seats, or thoroughly clean & vacuum the interior. Each process takes 30 minutes or less while you wait in our comfortable waiting area WiFi, TV, & refreshments.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We Are Green! Helping the environment is one of our main goals. We have a mini water treatment plant on site that allows us to reclaim most of the water used during the wash cycle. Any water that cannot be reused is treated and then returned into the sanitary sewer system where it is properly treated and processed. Because of this process, we use 4 – 5 times less water per car then home washing.

Why should I keep my car clean?

Having a clean car obviously keeps your car looking newer longer. But there are other, more technical reasons to keep your car clean. Dust, sand, salt, clay, pollen, bird droppings – all of these are abrasive particles that attach themselves to your paint and finish. If your car is not washed on a regular basis, these particles can literally scratch the finish of your car. Some substances such as bird droppings or tree sap can even eat through your clear coat, leaving your car finish unprotected and vulnerable to additional wear and tear.

Which vehicles can’t you wash?

  • Trucks with Dual Rear Tires
  • Extended Height Full Size Vans
  • Vehicles taller than – 85 inches
  • Vehicles with wheels wider than – 12 inches
  • Vehicles that sit 5 inches or lower to the ground.
  • Vehicles with large ladder racks.
  • Trucks/ van with ladders.
  • Open bed pickup trucks with debris, tools, or any other loose materials.
  • Open bed pickup trucks with fuel tanks.
  • Full Size Hummers
  • Vehicles with permanently affixed tri-pod style mirrors.

Which vehicles are washed at owner’s risk? Any vehicle with:

  • Previous Damage (loose molding/emblems, blistered or peeling paint, pin striping etc.)
  • Cracked Windshields
  • Aftermarket accessories such as bug shields
  • Objects on Antennas (balls, flags, etc.)
  • Power antennas that won’t lower
  • Ski and Bike Racks
  • Racing Fins and Spoilers

Why don’t you clean the inside?

Many car wash consumers do not like the inconvenience of getting out of their cars or worry about strangers rummaging through their stuff during the cleaning process. This is especially true for busy moms and those who work out of their car. The priority for most is a fast, high quality carwash.

These days, most of us put a premium on our time, so we focus on giving our customers the highest quality carwash with the greatest service available in the shortest amount of time. Your time is precious and we will not waste it.

Will my wheels be clean?

iShine Express knows wheels – we use a computerized tire application process that cleans wheels and shines your tire. This process removes dirt, brake dust and road grime and brightens the walls of your tires. Our process does not use corrosive or acid chemicals and only soft material, so your alloy wheels are perfectly safe.

How long does It take to get a car wash?

iShine Express uses a conveyor that keeps cars moving even if there are a few cars in line. The entire wash cycle lasts no longer than “THREE MINUTES” and since there is no waiting for the car in front of you to finish, you will rarely spend more than five minutes from the time you pull in to when you hit the exit.

Do you take credit/debit cards for payment?

iShine Express accepts Cash and the following credit cards, Visa and Master Card. We also accept iShine Express Gift Cards, Pre Paid Cards, Fleet Cards and the ShineFast Tags using latest technology “RFID tags”.

Will my car be dried?

At iShine Express we use powerful “dryers” or “blowers” at the end of the wash cycle to remove most of the water used to rinse the car in the car wash. There will, however, always be some amount of water left on the car. Because we use a Spot Free Rinse comprised of pure water from our Reverse Osmosis filtration system, any remaining water left on the car will dry within minutes without leaving spots on your car.

Are the vacuums really free?

Yes… The self serve commercial grade vacuums at iShine Express are always FREE for our customers with no time limits. If you don’t have time vacuum on the day you wash, come back later. Just push the button and start vacuuming.

How do I cancel my unlimited membership?

You may cancel your membership in the Unlimited Wash program at any time. If you wish to do so, your request must be in writing and received by mail, in person, or email no later than 10 days before your billing date.
